1. What the service is

FastTrade publishes a feed of trading signals computed from the public Hypixel SkyBlock Bazaar. A subscription gives you an API key that reads that feed for 30 days.

FastTrade places no trades. Its servers do not connect to Minecraft and have no access to your account, your island or your coins. The FastTrade mod runs in your own game and shows you information there; it performs no input and cannot act on your behalf. Everything it produces is information. Deciding whether to act on any of it, and doing so, is entirely yours.

A Pro subscription additionally runs an engine dedicated to you, which sizes proposals against a portfolio you tell it about. That engine still places no trades. It proposes; your own client executes or refuses.

2. No promise of profit, and what the numbers actually rest on

Nothing here is a prediction, a recommendation, or financial advice, and nothing sold here is a financial instrument. You may lose coins. You may lose coins while following every signal exactly.

Being specific, because a vague disclaimer is worth less than an honest one:

• The strategies with a measured edge were measured over a short window of market data — not across game updates, mayor cycles or different market conditions. A result that held for one period is not a result that holds.
• Signals are not exclusive. Every subscriber sees the same market and substantially the same feed. The order in which signals are presented is rotated between subscribers so that no one account is permanently first, but that spreads the advantage — it does not create one.
• Each signal carries an estimate of how much the order book can absorb. That figure is an estimate, computed from a snapshot of the book and divided by the number of live keys. It has not been validated against subscribers trading simultaneously, and the real number may be lower.
• Market conditions change faster than a feed can be republished. A signal can be stale by the time you read it, which is why every signal carries an expiry and a price, and why your client should check the live market before acting.

3. Payment, and why it cannot be refunded

Subscriptions are paid in USDC on the network shown on your invoice. Payment is made directly from your wallet to ours on a public blockchain. We hold no card details and cannot charge you anything — every payment is one you send.

On-chain payments are final and cannot be reversed. There is no mechanism to undo one, by us or by anyone. A subscription therefore cannot be refunded once the payment has confirmed, and buys 30 days from the moment it is claimed.

• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Nothing recurring is set up and no further payment can be taken. When 30 days elapse, the key stops working until you choose to buy again.
• Each invoice asks for an exact amount, unique to that invoice. That amount is how your payment is told apart from everyone else's into the same address. Sending a different amount, a different token, or using a different network means the payment cannot be matched to your invoice, and we may be unable to recover it.
• If a payment confirms on chain and you were not given access, that is our problem to fix. Contact us with the transaction hash and we will either issue the subscription or return the funds.

4. Availability

There is no uptime guarantee and no service credit. This is one deployment run by one person, and it depends on services nobody here controls — Hypixel's API, a blockchain node, a hosting provider. It will sometimes be down.

An interruption does not extend your 30 days. If the service is unavailable for a substantial part of your subscription, ask and we will extend it; that is a commitment to being reasonable rather than a formula.

We may change the signal generators, the payload, the pricing or the rate limits at any time. If a change materially reduces what an active subscription provides, we will extend or refund the affected period at our discretion.

5. Your account and your key

• Your key is yours alone. Do not share or resell it. Keys are rate-limited per key, so a shared key degrades for everyone using it.
• You are responsible for keeping it secret. If it leaks, rotate it from your dashboard — the old key stops working immediately.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the feed for redistribution, or resell the signals as your own product.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of the above, without a refund.

6. Hypixel, automation, and your account there

FastTrade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hypixel, Mojang, or Microsoft. It reads a public API and nothing more.

How you act on a signal is your decision, and so are its consequences. Hypixel's rules govern what you may do on their server, and they — not us — decide what counts as acceptable play. Automating actions in game can put your Hypixel account at risk of sanction or ban. We cannot advise you on what is permitted there, we take no responsibility for what happens to your account, and buying a subscription is not permission to do anything.

Satisfy yourself that what you intend to do is within Hypixel's rules before you do it.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost coins, lost items, a sanctioned or banned game account, or any other loss arising from your use of the signals.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim — which, to be concrete, is at most the price of one subscription.

8. Data

• We store your username, a hash of your password (never the password), a hash of your API key (never the key — which is why it is shown exactly once), your invoices and their transaction hashes.
• Pro subscribers additionally have a portfolio and a ledger of the fills their own client reported.
• We do not sell any of it, and we do not share it except where the law requires.
• Ask and we will delete your account and its data. Settled invoices are kept, because they are payment records — and in any case a blockchain is public and permanent, and nothing here can change what is on it.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version in force for your subscription is the one published when you paid, and the date at the top of this page tells you which that is. A change will never retroactively remove access you have already paid for.
